We’ll meet with you, to get an understanding of your business & the relative details & intricacies of what you do. It is important for us to do this to assess the extent & type of work we will need to undertake. Wherever possible we prefer to do this in person, or by video call where circumstances dictate. 

We will review your data & provide you with a fixed price quote for completion of the agreed work. We will not complete work outside of our agreement without your express agreement in advance. 

If you do not currently use cloud-based software, then we will agree with you an appropriate provider & handle the transition. We are not affiliated to any individual software provider.

Once we start processing your records, we will then keep you up to date on where we are for each period & come back to you with queries. We will aim to capture all this initially & liaise with you if or when we need additional information on a particular transaction or process, if you expand into new areas or undertake different work.
